The Backstory

Run to the Rock is the second event to be dreamt up by the creators of Ride More Talk Less Industries. RMTL was started with the belief that the bonds of community are forged on the road, and the goal to put more riders on the road together. So, The Orygun Run was born in 2016 and quickly gathered speed. Not long after, visions of another event to bring together even more riders were already in the works. The inaugural Run to the Rock was held in September, 2019 and we look forward to growing this crazy community of fellow riders.

Run to the Rock will not take place in 2020 + 2021, due to local COVID restrictions. In the meantime, our sister event Orygun Run will be taking place Sept 3-6, 2021. We hope to see you all in 2022 for some more High Desert, Low Brow vibes!

The Now Story

Run to the Rock is a motorcycle campout with the focus being on motorcycles and camping. The days will be filled with beautiful and epic miles in every direction. We provide suggested routes from camp that are meticulously planned to find the best roads and the grandest scenery. Or you can go your own way and find your own adventure. Nights will be spent gathered together around campfires and the beer tent sharing good times and great stories of the road.
